Who?
All kids from birth to age twelve who are eligible can join.
How?
Open and maintain a Alaska Airlines/Horizon Air EFCU Savings account with $25.00 or more. You will also need an adult (someone 18 or older) to be joint on the account.
Where?
Stop in to either office location in Seattle or Anchorage.
